even with the god awful weather and other nightmares of living here the people are probably some of the nicest you will ever meet in a metro area of 2 million.. customer service at stores is still done with a smile.. and a hello.. they pump your gas for you  ( state law and women love that)... no sales tax ( women love that more)..

I used to work construction and understand things happen, but they had poor communication and customer service, and I found I had to always be on the phone with them to ensure the project was getting done.

The software I worked on also lets events recur at regular intervals, so you could enter one event once; set it to recur, say, every 30 days (or whatever custom period), and then you'd be able to see on an actual calendar a list of what your day, week, month, or year looked like at a glance.Is this for rental properties?

You can also start claiming depreciation for your soon to be rented house, but (someone correct me if I'm wrong), you need to determine the market value of your primary residence at the time it was converted to a rental.
