Some of my favorite buildings have four walls and a roof.

I won't blowing out walls to make it larger.Here's a preliminary layout of the proposed kitchen.  

The guy I hired charged $50/camera to pull the wires through the outside wall, through the attic, and down into the closet where i have the recorder installed.

Last I heard it is about $30k to meter each unit as a lof of walls need to be opened and split.  

The pice below doesn't show it well,  but you can see were the "couch line"  (ie clean area)  is along the wall.  

I've been through plenty of buildings with large (30+ sq inch sections) of paint pealing away all across the walls and ceilings, and that's definitely not a place for a young child to live...I'm on the law's side on that one.

You can’t be both.I had a squatter in a house in PDX that I had a demo permit on.. they moved once we started tearing the walls down.. that worked. 

.- 1500-2000sf existing split into 2 units that would be 750sf each (say 2 bedroom units) AND SHOULD APPRAISE FOR ABOUT $100K ONCE THE DUPLEX IS COMPLETE- Demising wall added - the location is 2 stories so I would need 2 sets of steps on the interior of unit.- additional kitchen added for other unit- bathroom addedI know this is extremely general and will be difficult to throw a number at but if I can get some ballpark figures from the BP community, I would really appreciate it.

Basic brochure ideally 1 page with 1-3 color photos with house specs like a realtor would make - 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, $1400/mo. $1400 security deposit.
