Simply wanted to test an idea, anything less than 2000 sf, with 2 bath limit, no roof, no foundation, no landscape, exterior paint, 2 colors, all interior, no major wall reconfiguration, i figured around 75 man-days.

You want them excited to answer the phone and have you as a client, not thinking "jesus not this guy again, hes gonna ask me about the paint color inside the house or something."

Replaced all carpet with a LVT wood and painted the entire place with one color for consistency.

Look for unique elements and touches of color that make photos pop.

Neutral or beige color for walls.

Since my bathroom doesn’t have any natural lighting, I imagine a modern style with light colors could add value but I’m not certain.
