I will look at other stores for range pricing, but Best Buy was good for now since I could easily filter options based on the features of my current range to get pricing comparable with what I already own.Appliance details in case it's helpful:Frigidaire stainless steel electric glasstop rangePurchased in 2007Other than a loose oven handle I was notified about today, the range was fully functional prior to being informed of the cracked glass top.Thanks in advance!

The building next to my rental is in fine shape and he wants to sell in the spring without a realtor representing him.  I will have a realtor. He says he is calling the people who have expressed interest in the past. ...

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I want to accumulate enough cash flow through multi family to be able to leave my job and focus on investing full time.

Here is two pictures of two streets compared in a multi decade time span as extreme examples,  one of a cash flow only area and one pic of both CF/AP.Which investors do you think had the better and more reliable returns?
