Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Buffalo.

Purchase price: $121,000
Cash invested: $4,500

My first duplex house hack. I did FHA and put 3.5% down. I close November 2018. I'll be renting out the upper unit while living in the lower with roommates covering 100% of PITI. Plan to live there for 1.5 years, force appreciation, then BRRRR it into a 4plex (stack method).

Congrats. Nice to see someone pursuing their REI dream with focus & a strategy. Both my daughters did the same (with a little push) & it's paid off in spades. If you need referrals for contractors etc reach out to the those of us in the area.

Good luck!!!
