Multi offered to group of interested buyers .
The building next to my rental is in fine shape and he wants to sell in the spring without a realtor representing him. I will have a realtor. He says he is calling the people who have expressed interest in the past. No price, just offers I guessed. I know the area and I am really looking for monthly income which this building would produce. I want the sale to not just go on price. He knows I am a good landlord bc my building is next to his and I can keep his handyman if that gives me points. I need ideas on approaching this.
