Areas close to Rice have higher price points which can make qualifying a little more difficult, especially in today's interest rate environment.

In my contract i gave 45 days closing time ( 2 days ago ) , so I dont have too much time also.am I allow to do listing on MLS in Florida ?? 

My mom has no existing mortgage or any form of lien on this property.We accepted a seller financing offer, and are currently under the closing process.

Bigger Pockets doesn't have a (CORPUS CHRISTI LOCATION CHOICE).I have done everything I thought I had to do, send out letters for late payment, intent to foreclose, foreclose acceleration.
