How can I get an audience to discuss this property?

This makes a lot of sense, and would also solve the issue that David brought up since I wouldnt technically have recieved that money until the rent is actually due.

First of all, the listing broker doesn't really want to share his commission with anyone else, so if you agree to work with them, they may have room to reduce their commission and still make more than if you had brought your own broker. 

He has brought in all the right people - he has a new LAWYER, his LENDER is involved...he doesn't need us for anything other than kudos and a "may the force be with you."

Will probably bring back SALT (state and local tax) deduction will most likely be brought back to deduct property taxes.
