Do you hire a contractor to give everyone a brand new kitchen, even though the rest of the house is literally rotting away, and hope they don't do crappy work and/or steal money?

I am brand new to REI and can’t wait to get started but I just don’t know where to start.

The home was purchased brand new so it is in really good shape.

Have you stopped telling people that your wife is an entitled spoiled brat who is too stupid to have any say in how you spend the business's money on your brand-new tricked-out truck?

My best friend is a BRAND NEW RE agent, so it was almost assumed (on both ends) that we'd use her because of the trust factor.She does have a "mentor" but they're brand new to the area (but in RE for 20+ years), and supposedly just monitors things on the back end, and I'm not sure how much they're involved.

That has worked as 3 brand new homes were added this year.

People that are brand new send me deals to fund every day.
