The problem was to find a pay phone that worked and hoped you had change to make the callToday Eboine, it is so much easier to make this business work, all those tools I did not have you have at your finger tips, you can search the net, print mailing labels, go to Craig's List, Bigger Pockets, find housing code violations, court filings, run internet ads and much more.I suggest that as a new investor, use these great tools, work them every day, create contract offers, look at real estate, build a mailing list and most important MAKE OFFERS ALL THE TIME!

I always search what I'm looking for online and at the other big box retailers and then go to Sears and show them print outs or quotes from other stores and they match each price plus give me 5% further discount.

So all my leads that come in from our site or an affiliate site that opt in through a form fill-able add box (created in the Infusionsoft and prints out the java or HTML for any website) go into the system and are tagged based on how they opted in.

I then collect all the data on each, confirming if it fits into our clients boxes, then print out letters, hand write the addresses (it being my 1st time doing this, I thought a handwritten address could add a personal touch) and send them out!
