hello everyone I just started studying wholesaling and I do understand that the easiest way to learn is to just get out there and do it. But I have a question containing the purchase and sale/assignment where can I get one? I emailed my local attorney and they want about $225 for both documents is there away I can just print out one? I live in Alabama mobile to be exact if that matters on which one I could use thank you all can't wait to hear back

Jacob,

I cobbled together a sale agreement contract from other ones I used when real estate professionals were involved.  I used this "contract" three times and did not get in trouble.  But I will warn you this form is the same value as you will pay for it. zero

if it is not attached let meknow
