There is a corner storefront 1/2 block away that is supposedly bringing Printers Row craft brewery, Starbucks 2 yrs new .5 mile, Jeff Pk Terminal 1 mile. 

You don't want to have the biggest house on the block! 

Indy can be tricky as it is a street by street and block by block area when it comes to good areas to invest in.

I also found some slight shiftiness(Less than 16th of an inch) in a couple blocks in the basement.
