I am so eager to jump in but I am thinking I need to hold off at the moment and see where things go. 

We are in the middle of two rare and term refis, which are progressing just fine, but put off our interest in cash out for the moment.  

My current job requires me to be away from them more than I am willing to accept now.I want to make enough money in real estate that I never have to miss any moment with my family.

The only thing that has changed for the moment is the way of showing a property.

At the moment, I am getting my real estate education from the US via books by American authors, BiggerPockets authors, the BiggerPockets platform and podcasts.

I understand help is not free however I am a Disabled Veteran with a very limited income at the moment and very serious to making this work.

I hear that in this present moment a lot of people are moving out of the more compacted areas into the more open spaces.

I would love to stay in northern Utah, just not sure how I will do that at the moment. 

I am in the beginning stages just looking and saving at the moment but want to know if it's even possible.
