First Time Investor/wholesaler
Hello Everyone I am on the verge of attempting to start the process at getting my first deal. Any advice on what I should know or how to go about it? I basically just need to come up with a script, finding reliable purchase and sell agreements and assignment contracts. This will be leading up to my first deal and I just want to get everything right and go in with as much knowledge as possible. Also I am currently in El Paso, Texas. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. I understand help is not free however I am a Disabled Veteran with a very limited income at the moment and very serious to making this work. I am also going to be creating an LLC god willing this week or next.
