I look at a good amount of CFD’s and notes on a regular basis and can still find 3-5 deals out of every pool that Meet my investment criteriaI also see people in two buckets- those who have been in the space for 5+ years when pricing was absurdly low because of supply and those who are newer who are noting pricing is high but never pull the trigger.

The way I see it, these are my options:I can stay the course and hope that the house next to it doesn't dramatically decrease my tenant pool and if it doesn't, it increase the amount of sketchy activity around my new property.I can eat the $1k earnest and backout...maybe?
