I have all of these sites up when searching for 1-Local Realty MLS (local vs national also has cheaper deals) 2-Crime Reports (at my price point, i want ot make sure you're only choosing "safe" neighborhoods and most municipalities have some sort of online presence with 30-60 days of crime reports) 3-Rentometer (this is a pretty accurate rent aggregator to tell you the low/medium/high rents for that address 4- Craigslist to see what type of rental activity is listed there.4) While you're there, meet up with some turnkey managers and property managers.

I found him rude and arrogant and wound up somewhat amused by his act by the end of the day.I was a complete newbie and probably totally naive - this was the first speaker I had ever seen through our REIA - and I wound up signing up for a weekend conference that was supposedly being put on by a guest speaker who came in for an hour during that day (I didn't want anything to do w/Foxx, but I thought this other speaker had potential).

I was thinking that especially when it comes to retirement accounts that the IRS would make every effort to make the case this kind of activity falls under broker/dealer activity and apply UBIT or classify it as a prohibited transaction to blew up a SDIRA or penalize a SoloK transaction.

I handled many of the property management functions and loved it.I currently run an event services company which serves my other passion of dog sports - my husband and I show and train Boxers and Dobermans, and are active in hosting and managing shows and trials.Getting ready to put my first house on the market, which is a property I lived at in Beloit, WI before getting married and moving to Rockford.
