Apparently, they are a fake entity.

Basically they are a type of insurance and insurance companies make HUGE profits because they pay out MUCH LESS than they take in meaning that over the long term you will lose money with them.

I would love to know what you think about the area and if you are interested in wholesaling or joint venturing with us.

Are they offering you 2-3X the typical rent for your area?
