Woudl anyone know of places where I can find summary market reports on different cities?

I think it is a huge advantage to choose any city and start my career. 

@Aaron WintersI would consider the costs and process this might involve with whatever town/county/city you are buying the property in.  

Unless you are in an area with rent control (typically city by city) you should be fine.

It took me about 6 years to get "... a fountain built in the city of seattle..." because the guy, unfortunately, didn't die with $14 million dollars.Signed qcds not recorded are useless afaik, usually a sign of attempted exploitation, or people selling deeds to property they dont own, (an oldie but a goodie in the fraud world) or medicaid planning that was never completed. 

It would appear there may be a slight shift happening up there but Hagerstown is still more or less a blemish to MD city list's.  

But with this type of saturation in high-end units, which I hear is happening in other metropolitan cities, a cool-down is all but inevitable.

The city I live in is strict about their FAR requirements.

the Napa valley and city of Napa has taken some really strong stances to the point of bringing criminal charges.
