Current online programs are VERY LIMITING....most PM pros who manage SFRs use PROMAS rental management program....it can integrate with HomeRentals.net website for rental marketing, posting owner/tenant statements, ACH AND next spring it will allow for tenant screening...It has contact management capability AND can install copies of word documents

Hi all,i am in Houston, TX and i am so interested in the real estate business...specially flipping.i've been reading a lot in this forum but i got overwhelmed.i found a website where wholesalers post houses for sale ....but my main problem is how to get the money to start?

I am focusing on driving traffic to my websites (buyer,seller,investor) via free online marketing forums right now and will move to the local papers and pennysavers soon.

Most markets have RE companies that ONLY deal with commercial...start there, and try to find someone with a CCIM designation.
