Well, I have been in the REI biz for 3+ years and feel like I am just starting to build some steam. I am focusing on driving traffic to my websites (buyer,seller,investor) via free online marketing forums right now and will move to the local papers and pennysavers soon. I filter out my leads and call the more qualified ones in an effort to maximize my time. I get leads all over the country at times so need to broaden my fellow investor database as well as find more homes for my lease option tenants. I am 33 years, married with 2 daughters 6 and 2, and love to mountainbike and snowboard. I look forward to getting to know everyone and learn how this site works, I am a definite newbie to the forum scene and blogging and other similar stuff so am open to any and all advice, tips, and resources on how to maximize my time on these sites as well as everyone elses valuable time as well.
