It all started after one semester we had to get this book called Rich Dad Poor Dad, and from there I knew real estate is what I wanted to do.

I also want someone I can communicate with easily and can give notes to and can guarantee they will be done the next time.

I personally don't do anything in MF in Austin, too rich but still hear of good deals being done in SA from my syndicate contacts there.
