Hi Jeff,National chains have tenant rep brokers to screen sites for them before they show to the real estate area managers that work for the national chains.National chains are VERY PICKY on sites.

That's why I mentioned the only reason I started working with the gentleman I am now (NOT Lou) is because I have had a relationship with him for two years at this point (non-business related,) and he has truly used his resources to help a lot of people.

I see more people want a fixer so that they can make improvements to the place and increase equity, and then get stuck when they realize that they don’t have the cash resources to do the work.

Also fyi the city has a short-term rental zone look up site that you can punch in any address and it will tell you if it qualifies for new license.
