Hello everyone!

My name is Chris and I'm looking to start investing in the Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar area in California.  I may expand to the Murrieta or Temecula area later but for now I'll keep my searching to these cities as the prices are somewhat more affordable.

At this point I have zero experience investing in real estate investing and I've only been financially aware (i guess i'll call it that) for about a year.  I have a small portfolio of stocks and CD's but nothing much to speak of.   I'm really looking forward to getting started as soon as possible but I've set a goal for owning my first investment property by the end of 2019.  I feel that one year gives me enough time to learn the ropes and make the relationships needed to make a good decision when I find that perfect deal.

I'm glad to finally jump on here and get involved (more than just reading books and listening to the BP podcast).  I know I still have a ton to learn and look forward to being a sponge!

Thanks for reading this and I look forward to future conversations.

Cheers!
