Valuing vacant commercial zoned land

Can some one help me value a commercial piece of property? It is zoned business general and consist of approximately 100 acres. No structures are on the property and it has access to a main highway. I have found 20 acre sites with an asking price of 7m, but they have more road frontage.

Very difficult to value, must look at the value in current use vs what you think the future holds. Master developers will likely low-ball you an offer if the demand is there. Otherwise find a local broker.
