I have been looking over the Stessa online platform for rental property tracking.

I know some owners use one platforms, not sure why?

Go to an online rental platform for the rent.

Property Radar comes to mind Sean O'toole has built a very robust platform we use it here in Oregon to find those really narley deals that 99% of investors wont or cant dig for..

My name is Marco Guzman 24 yearls old i been doing wholesale 5 months self taught countless hours on youtube and reading. there been times i had deals that been great but throught the contracts i tend to fail multiple times dealing with buyers. i do know how to find properties how to evaluate and make the best price me and homeowner.After that it tends to go sideways. it would be great to have a conversation on zoom or any platform to help me pass this barrier.  

And in all honestly, that's what I'm striving for to in turn help my family, friends, and myself become financially free and break the rat race cycle starting with my generation.Lastly, even if you aren't from Canada, Ontario I would still love to speak with any of you as this platform has so many unique walks of life that I'd love to hear from (BP videos are great but getting live feedback is always better).Thank you in advance.Joe

The nice thing on Zillow is they allow digital lease signing and they are a dominant listing platform.

Not sure about other platforms or how to best "evade" the system.
