I'm about to get a real estate license, and hope it leads me to investing.

When I order windows, I let them tell me what day they will come, give me a lead time, and give me an install date on their quote, I give back my contract with 1 week allowance from their install date and 100/day penalty if they don't perform.

Instead of goals, what do you like to do: i.e. talk to people, negotiate, etc, that may lead you to something in RE.

API can be used so that leads / prospects are directly recorded into Insightly through your website form.

They are a pain to schedule and they almost always lead to some follow-up time and cost, but they are well worth the trouble.We've also been amazed at how slow tenants are to raise issues.  

Yet, if I end up with a property that is not what I thought it was, then resale will play a vital role.  

About all the broker's license teaches in addition is more about contracts and the laws you must obey and also the responsibilities of stepping up to that role.
