PR  tracks foreclosures MLS does not.PR has google earth and other neat functionality that MLS does not.I think any one in the bizz really needs both.I just snagged a strict foreclosure in lake Oswego OR because of PR.. it was not on MLS paid 230k for it.. refied 60 days later with a fresh bank appraisal at 600k... very tough and complicated path to closing but we got it done 2 days before they would lose it.Highly recommend PR  the price is a non event its less than a few cups of coffee a month..not even something to be close to relevant in deciding if you want it.

I have also showed up on moving day with a dozen doughnuts and a big take out container of coffee (Tim Hortons, eh).

Hey @Mary J. i agree with @Todd Powell about being consistent.I personally use Behr Self Priming Swiss Coffee(from HomeDepot), and paint walls and bass boards all same color, flat in living and bedrooms and semi in kitchen and bathroom and all doors.

Please bring cash to pay for your breakfast should you care to eat or have coffee.
