New Member from Maryland
My name is Thomas Costa and I live in the Ellicott City area in Howard County, MD. I am a newbie to real estate investing and am starting the journey by educating myself and trying to learn as much as I can about analyzing rental properties to buy and hold for cash flow. In my day job I work in the health care field which I love, but... "you can't sell your job." I am interested in meeting like minded members who have real estate goals and a vision to move toward financial independence. (will post pic soon). Would love to hear from like minded members.
