There is so much information and knowledge here, I am thrilled to connect with such great, GENUINE people.

1) I have a swamp cooler now . 2) also have central air 3)the central ac may need to be replaced its old , instead of spending 3k on the central ac , I was thinking of installing an ac unit the one's that go on the wall or window it will cool a 1,000 sq ft home , the cost is only 500 dollars , the maintenance is so much cheaper than central ac and the electric bill is a lot cheaper than central a/c.. now the tenant will have a swamp cooler and a 22000 btu wall unit....

There is so much work that would have to be done in the basement (moving and framing for so much mechanicals, reworking plumbing and etc) it just might be easier to add 2 story garage.

Nowadays, there is so much process and procedures involved in sw development that it's no fun anymore (design reviews, code walkthroughs, scolded for using recursion, SEI level 1,2,3,4,5).

@Kevin Young,Because my area is so sparsely populated we only have a handful (less than 10) apartment complexes of any size.

You don't have it on the first as it is so I don't see a big deal in moving it 5 days later at this point.
