I have been looking at a possible deal in Lake Country (subdivision in Fort Worth, TX 76179) on a SFR.

Hi, I'm a new Investor in the Dalas- Fort Worth area and I would love to get to know more about you.

I'm thinking 10-25 miles outside of cities like Dallas/Fort Worth/Austin/Denver.

I am interested in these three cities: Indianapolis, Tampa, Cape Coral-Fort Myers.

I recently bought and remodeled my first property in Fort Myers, where I currently live for my corporate job.  

I would look at areas of Fort Worth and also north of 635 and near the Richardson area.
