Hi Everyone!!

My name is Ronda McCormick and I live in the Conroe/Houston area.

I have been interested in real estate investing for several years but decided now is the time to just jump in and do it!

I am looking for mentors who I can learn from using by utilizing their knowledge about real estate investing to make my first deal in early 2014.

I am intereste in beginning with wholesale property and moving into multi unit rental properties by the end of the 2014.

@Ronda McCormick - nice, love Ft Worth - just spent the holidays there. Since you asked, I have 3 pieces of initial advice:

1. Market is #1 priority. Make sure you have a system for qualifying a market and submarket before you buy. Jobs are most important thing when reviewing.

2. You don't have to start by wholesaling. There are other ways to get going even if you don't have capital to invest.

3. Surround yourself with people who are successfully doing what you want to do.
