Once you start to learn more, increase the degree of difficulty.If you really want to jump into the deeper waters, spend some time building a team. 

Hello everyone, I’m literally starting to dive into the real estate world.

I have friends, real mentors and a far deeper understanding of what makes a good investment property than I did that first awkward uncomfortable meeting.

Usually each meeting is about 40 minutes long and we rotate a different “hot seat” each week to dive into what you need some help with.

I think I'm going to try reaching out to school/programs first and then perhaps call local brokers.The idea of free online accredited courses and groupon are fantastic ideas that I had not heard of but am certainly going to dive into as well!

To me it is a great purchase vehicle without diving in and tie up my liquid capital.

I am a Mechanical Engineer that has been out of school for almost two years now and am ready to dive into the world of real estate investing.
