Encouragement for the newbies :)
Hi new investor :)
So excited that you are jumping into the real estate game! As a friend and mentor says, "It's my favorite sport", and I agree!
I want to encourage you to go to your local real estate meetup, and commit to going all the time. More than any book or course, having real contacts with connections and experience is the most valuable asset!
I was super nervous the first time I went - but now that's my community of people who dream on my level, and we all do business together and help each other :)
What keeps you from going to meetups? What questions do you have about networking?
Cheers!
