Hi all - We have several rentals and we just created a couple LLCs, no website yet though and when I went to register our business with a Google Business Profile they asked to verify using a video.

I see a lot of EV charger companies popping up and contacting me.

so I had to unsubscribe quickly.

I am not an investor in Milwaukee however I have spoke with property managers in my market to get an understanding of what the process would look like and these are some of the questions/ criteria worth considering!

My particular program is to only invest in class A in residential (I do b, c and even d in commercial), charge the tenant the high end of the scale, and fix immediately anything he wants that’s even semi reasonable.  

I tried to and thought I was doing the right things.

I would appreciate if experts here could review and advise whether it’s a good deal based on the numbers I plugged in for CoC.

I would say the quality of life here is high and so are the rents.

I don't want to ask for an unreasonable reduction because I might loose the deal, but I also don't want to be short changed.Love to hear what y'all think.
