Looking at the entire nation for the top markets is great, but do you have the bandwidth to set up teams in those areas?

Mortgages are a lot like tattoos: Great mortgages aren't cheap and cheap mortgages usually aren't great..or at least the process of arriving isn't. 

Currently the pilot areas are restricted to designated pilots on the North, Northwest, West, South and Southeast sides. 

There are several areas in Indiana that are doing well with cash flow.

Check other neighbors in the area what their water pressure GPM- if low 8GPM or lower put in a cistern well, see if any nitrate issues, talk with the county and see the distance needed from your septic drain field before you drill, Get the bad news out of the way.
