I use a standard size colored postcard with black ink, and i supply them with the 'copy' that they put on the card, then send me a "proof" before going out to print. 

The area is primarily Hispanic and some black, neighboring (across the street)  the oldest and still very sophisticated area of Kansas City.

Mine would be black. 

My question is more black and white in regard to a loan estimate though.

Interested to hear your takeTodd,You make a good point and I am probably guilty of sweeping generalizations :-) The length of a sponsor's track record is important but it is not really as simple as black and white.

Waiting a few weeks and again, same price, no answer. 2nd home has black mold warnings on the front door, owner has passed.

However our company colors are White, Black & Yellow so we could not leave the green.
