I feel the class room setting is much more beneficial than the web based independent study programs.

I am currently looking into refm, getrefm.com (excel or web).

Either call the number or manually type the URL into your browser.It's very irritating to get web leads that you call and the person isn't really a lead but they want to add you to a list.

Why do I see 1000's of posts about direct-mail/outbound maketing but relatively few about inbound/web marketing?  

I've done many USDA loans, the govie web site is good to determine if your area qualifies and if you personally qualify.

"The Property" is 8 individual parcels of land, one parcecl with a cabin within a community that when asked (emailed president) question regarding HOA responded with, "Byllaws posted on web site regarding obligation for road assessments only.

But I'm wondering if newer web sites/apps likes postlets or zumper, etc. will reach a broader audience.
