Is There a Way to Not Attend Closings with End-Buyers?

Any opinions on this...do you attend closings and is this something that investors should do...I can see this being a good opportunity once I am selling more properties under my business structure, rather than as an individual.

@Brandon Sturgill I view the closing as a free training and networking opportunity.  My closing attorney is very knowledgable about investing.  Each closing, I ask a question about a topic I want to learn more about.  Trusts, contract assignment, etc. and he spews information.

I have in some cases signed papers in advance and get the money wired.  My preference is to be there, if something needs to be addressed then and there.
