The least the attorney could do is answer your questions From a Texas lease perspective:I would consider it reasonable to charge the tenant for getting rid of the smell of smoke by taking reasonable measure of which cleaning carpet and painting or renting an ozone machine would be reasonable to meA decent lease will state the tenant is responsible for attorney's fees but $2100 like I said seems high.
