Rehab or sell mobile home

I would like some experienced advisors to analyze my situation.

I inherited a property near Jacksonville Florida, it’s 8 hours away from me

It’s 2.0 acres with a 1972 mobile home

Previous tenants damaged the property, (was not in control when it happened)

After that, we had our ac and water pump stolen

Don’t have to much capital to invest to repair properly.

Should I sell as is and use that for capital local market area investing or try to invest in that property in Jacksonville?
