Eventually if you build enough of a base you might go to set up a blind fund where you already have the money to deploy versus a subscription model on a per deal basis. 

There'e very little customization so you can't mix and match to get that exact style you're looking for, i.e. mocha stained shaker style, etc.

What is the business model?  

My question is, does anyone have experience selling this model home, and have your buyers expected the compartmentalized original feel of the house?

People at the post office asked if I was inviting a ton of people to my birthday party with the colorful invitation-style envelopes, haha.I'm not wholesaling, but instead looking to purchase homes myself as flips, so I'm also excited to see who calls from my first batch.

I definitely need to isolate my area of focus because as you mentioned, and as I've looked more into the different platforms, they cater towards different areas/ styles of investing.

The only time I'd like condos is if I owned the whole darn condo complex :) I could also see the case for a condo in the urban core or near major amenities as a short-term furnished rental, but that is not my style personally.

That's because my business model is based on helping attorneys and their clients.I have a referral system that helps organize this type information for CA properties.

I was reading a post here on BP and this guy was talking about how he bought a unit for around $20,000 all cash, no finance.I know there are different styles of apartment buildings.

I agree that it's not really the same model as flipping.
