Eventually if you build enough of a base you might go to set up a blind fund where you already have the money to deploy versus a subscription model on a per deal basis.

The only time I'd like condos is if I owned the whole darn condo complex :) I could also see the case for a condo in the urban core or near major amenities as a short-term furnished rental, but that is not my style personally.
