So it is possible just have to adjust expectations a little or shift strategy. 

Hello just wanted to know if their any flippers needing capital or just wants to streamline their flips down to 4-6 weeks with a guaranteed exit strategy (buyer) ?

My girlfriend did not like it only because I am a Firefighter and ONE TIME I left for shift a guest had needed a late checkout and I allowed it and my girlfriend felt uncomfortable so we stopped.

We recommend using a streamlined structure such as a series LLC to minimize bookkeeping, banking, etc.

Now my entire lifestyle has shifted in pursuit of financial freedom through real estate.

Also, I have Propstream but am interested in looking into other tech that would help streamline the process.
