Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $122,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $165,000

Bought my first house right before I learned about real estate investing. Decided to flip my house to gain equity and then rented it out. Doing this not only gave me confidence in rehab but also as a landlord. Now my entire lifestyle has shifted in pursuit of financial freedom through real estate.
