I would like suggestions on which incorporation vehicle is best for me in Florida  I currently have a FL LLC to use for making hard money loans or flipping properties.  

Seller financing isn't always a good option because banks specifically forbid it, because the buyer has to take a deed transfer and that would cause a lien position loss on their end. 

I own my own washer/dryer & can get a microwave if I need to.Things I've had issues with:Tiny bedrooms, terrible lighting, and terrible leasing offices (apartment specific).Things to know:This is for my family.

There is a group specifically for women in real estate as well.They do offer discounts though out the year on the sign up fee (or at least they did when I signed up), so you may inquire or keep your eyes open for those.
