The difference is the time involved in learning the skill and in the project itself, the quality of the results, and the cost.

The reality is, working with investors often requires more skill, time and effort than with a regular buyerI have bought a lot of "not perfect deals" in my career, usually I paid more than I wanted to(duh!)

It depends upon your goals, objectives, investment parameters, skill set, etc. 

If you leverage his VA skills to do something not everyone else does or to respond to incoming leads, your long-term rewards will be greater and your database will have less bad leads.

I was first introduced to real estate investing in 2016 and have been building my skills and knowledge since.

As I continued to work and build my skills, I knew that real estate, specifically rehabbing and renting, was something I really wanted to pursue.

Income isn't consistent either, however, and you have to have the skills and desire to find deals and market them to investors... so it takes a specific skill set.
