I talk daily with landlords and they tell me they are sitting happy as the rental prices in Atlanta have shot up so much over the last 5 years.

I am an Army veteran who struggled to sit still after my service.  

In our area if a house sits that long there's something definitely wrong, other than being a rehab.

According to Iowa's laws to renting out basement to tenant(s) it need a full/good side window to escape just in case of fire.

A mobile home is a ore-manufactured small home with the proportions of a travel trailer (RV) in many cases they are a travel trailer that was rolled in place and jacked up on blocks with lattice skirt that is installed to hide the wheels and blocks that it sits on.

One of the questions that I have to ask before popping the price question is, how much do they feel the house is worth as it sits right now.
