I do know that if they occupied the property, they have some time to reclaim the property but would have to pay interest on the amount that you put into it.

Typically one of the owner's children are the trustee of the revocable trust, he/she can take control of the properties, appoint another sibling or sell or do maintain them.Can someone guide me or point me to a legal expert for this specialization in Virginia please?

I've crafted terms that are a win for me and for my buyer, but my intention is to hold the deed of the property until the buyers's note to me is paid in full, exactly as the banks do.
