This has been relaxed in many programs and there are loans out there that don't require this at all.

I'm expecting the call volume to increase as the holidays wrap-up and people start to realize they need cash to pay off the debt they accumulated.If folks are interested, I was thinking about sharing examples of the various voicemails I receive (with personal info bleeped out) so that other wholesalers can get a feel for what to expect.

His taking care of our home life enables me to relax more from my stressful W2 job which allows us to pour more into our investments and so on....

@Marian Smith plus, you are getting close to the holidays if you end having to go through the whole eviction thing in October, not the nest time of year for a vacancy.

I put in about 70 hours the past 5 days fixing it up and am at a good point now where I can hopefully relax for a little bit and collect rent haha.
