Holiday wishes for tenants

Hi Folks,

It is that time of the year :). Woo HO HO.

Back when I was renting houses in 2 different places, I remember I used to get greeting cards from landlords.

My properties are managed by property management, although I also sign the lease. Is it right if I send out the greeting cards and just put my company name?

What do you all folks do?

Thanks,

As part of a retention effort I send cards with a couple movie passes (Average cost $7 each).  It is a nice thought to send a card but not sure if it buys much good will.
