I just wanted to let you know that I did go to the NTAREI training seminar last night (it wasn't their regular monthly meeting) and I enjoyed it.

Our process is very thorough and includes removing old galvanized plumbing and replacing it with copper and PVC, replacing all new electrical wiring in conduit and breaker panels, all new HVAC including furnaces, condensers and water tanks.

I think it'll cost me about $250 or so to change the hardware for this house.I found lots of info about the regular smart locks from Kwikset, but I was wondering if anyone had used the Key Control deadbolts in particular and how they like them?  

You have the option of selecting a city inspector or private inspector (who is a regular home inspector on RRIO's approved list- we went this route), and he inspected the units the city requested, plus the exterior, roof, common areas...  

Getting this removed cost several thousand dollars or can be DIY (with an inspection.)House was listed as deleaded.
